Throughout the event, sections of Main Street and surrounding sidewalks will be filled with original, hand-drawn designs ranging from playful and whimsical to detailed and intricate. Visitors are encouraged to explore, pick a space, and become part of the artwork. Chalk will be available on-site, and participants can spend a few minutes or a few hours adding their own creative touch. Whether you stay in one spot or wander from block to block, the experience is designed to be flexible, welcoming, and engaging for everyone.

This interactive event is all about creativity, community, and brightening the streetscape for residents and visitors alike. It creates a unique opportunity to experience downtown in a new way, slowing down to connect with the space, the art, and each other. Families, friends, and visitors can collaborate, take photos, and enjoy a day that feels both relaxed and lively. By the end of the event, the sidewalks become a vibrant, collective piece of art that reflects the energy and personality of the community.

Local businesses will be open throughout the day, offering the perfect chance to make a full afternoon of it. Grab a coffee, stop in for lunch, or browse your favorite shops in between adding color to the streets. The event is designed to complement the downtown experience, encouraging people to explore, linger, and enjoy everything the district has to offer.
