When you head to Downtown Nashua this month, be sure to stop by our local breweries for their fun and frothy cross-promotion: Liquid Therapy, Martha’s Exchange Restaurant & Brewery and Odd Fellows Brewing Co are presenting their annual collaboration of creating a trio of Belgium IPAs to share with you for a limited time.
Kick off the hotter weather by stopping by each location and checking out their 2021 signature beer:
- Downtown Renewal at Liquid Therapy, 14 Court Street;
- Downtown Revival at Martha’s Exchange Restaurant & Brewery, 185 Main Street; and
- Downtown Resurgence at Odd Fellows Brewing Co, 124 Main Street.
Liquid Therapy describes their Belgian IPA as being “made with a ton of cryo hops …. Its fruity citrus notes pair wonderfully with the spicy T-58 yeast we used.”
Odd Fellows’ head brewer John Lespasio says all three breweries used the same hops – Amarillo, Mosaic and Sabro – and Belgian yeast. But Liquid Therapy also included Azacca hops, and all used different versions of yeast. That makes these IPAs similar, but all different and fun to try.
Lespasio says the Odd Fellows’ Resurgence is “4.9% alcohol and is one of our highest rated beers. It’s getting great reviews and is totally crushable.” (For those of you, like this writer, who did not know, “crushable” in beer terms means “an easygoing, super-drinkable beer…. well-balanced with low-to-medium alcohol by volume, but tons of flavor that make you want to go back for more again and again.”)
These special batches are only available for a limited time. Liquid Therapy has two barrels; Martha’s has seven, and Odd Fellows has ten. So HOP TO IT (not sorry) and enjoy these “summertime crushers” while you can, along with a delicious meal and live music, and a few friends!
