Nashua-based Gate City Farms uses hydroponic, aquaponic and conventional growing techniques, to offer a dozen fresh, delicious microgreens and more. Microgreens are young seedlings that can be used as a visual and flavor component in dishes, an ingredient in a salad mix, or a garnish. Microgreens can also be used for drink mixes. They are smaller than “baby greens” and harvested later than sprouts, offering a variety of leafy flavors to please any palate, from sweet to spicy.

Riverwalk is an independently-owned eatery and coffee roaster in the heart of Downtown Nashua. They roast their coffee on-site every week with an “old school” Turkish drum roaster – you can’t miss the intoxicating aroma! Riverwalk beans are purchased through transparent, quality-driven, and passionate specialty coffee importers from around the globe and roasted in small batches.
Locals also love their baked goods and pastries, also made fresh in-house, as well as an extensive assortment of sandwiches and salads.
