Dinner on Main Street Menu Announced!

We are very excited to announce the menu for the 2018 Dinner on Main Street!
Our harvest celebration will feature a wide variety of local produce and proteins perpared into some amazing dishes by the chefs of Downtown Nashua! The event will also feature live entertainment from the Nick Goumas Quartet, a cocktail hour, short speeches by local chefs and farmers, and we are excited to offer locally crafted beer and wine pairing options!

Tomato, cucumber, and roasted poblano peppers topped with smoked feta cheese

Kale, honey roasted root vegetables, truffle black garlic croutons, local cheddar, tossed in a jalapeno wine vanilla vinaigrette

Birch White BBQ sauce over charred corn succotah

Cashew Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini

Cauliflower, peas, red onion, tomatoes, polenta croutons, orange supreme, coconut red curry sauce

Braised Beef Short Rib

Sweet potato napoleon, autumn squash ribbons, lightly fried leeks, cherry-cranberry port wine gastrique
